From EMPLOYEE to EXPERT β¨ Take your career to the next level. Hello, I'm Rea! I help professionals like you get hired and thrive in your career and work environment.
On YouTube, I create videos about career and personal development. I started my career in the BPO industry as a customer service specialist, subject matter expert, and coach, then I eventually became a lead trainer. I left the corporate world after 7 years to fulfill my dream of working remotely.
In 2016, I became a freelancer and worked as a digital content creator/manager. While working remotely, I wanted to have a platform to continue being a trainer and educate people for free so I created a YouTube channel where I housed all my training videos. Fast forward to today, I'm still doing it!
On the business side, I love helping businesses supercharge their brand and increase leads through impactful digital content. I also take on special projects where I help companies start a contact center team in the PH.
