I won't be posting for a while, nor will I be addressing comments. Working on book now.
But here are some re-released oldies in the meantime:

Time is very dedicated... I'm not able to work on book every weekend. Hopefully this summer book will be completed. I'd like for the next upload to be about how to download the completed book. So for now, silent mode.

In the meantime, I make the most noise here:

This was sent to me from a subscriber. It's the mummified remains of a tall Caucasian from thousands of years ago.

It's estimated that he stood 6 feet, 6 inches tall.

Was it genetics? Or, was it nutrition?

Well here's food for thought:

In his digestive tract they found BUTTERMILK and WHEAT.

And it was surmised that for at least 4 months he had been eating a MEAT RICH DIET.

To me, it would seem probable that he had a similar diet throughout his life.

This is virtually identical to the diet of the tall tribes in Africa.

"Opposite" genetics. Same heights. Same foods.

There were tall tribes in Africa whose diets were rich in MILK and MEAT. They even ate cereal grains here and there, especially the more robust-framed tribes.

The frame of the 6'6" Caucasian seems to have been robust as well. Broad shouldered - well formed.

I wonder if the "buttermilk" in his digestive tract was actually fermented milk. Mainstream scholars seem to have an aversion to such 'abominations' as fermented milk. So such things might be reported as buttermilk. For, that's more understood and accepted by the majority of western civilization.

I wonder if the wheat was fermented also...

Ancient peoples were big on fermentation. It made the food more nutrient dense and aided in digestion.

FERMENTATION IS A NUTRITIONAL HACK THAT FREES UP YOUR BODY'S ENERGY TO FOCUS ON GROWTH AND REGENERATION, INSTEAD OF DIGESTION.

If you ever feel like geeking out on 'ancient diets' that facilitated tall stature, might I recommend CHAPTER 5 of the book "Nourishing Diets" by Sally Fallon.

Notice I said Nourishing Diets, not Nourishing Traditions. Those are 2 different books.

So yes, chapter 5 of Nourishing Diets. And from there you'll hear all sorts of references that will allow you to deep dive even more.

Well that's all you'll probably hear from me this weekend.

Got a book to finish.

(Not saying it'll be finished this weekend. Would be nice though).

Anyways, I am grateful to have received this from a subscriber to this channel. It's another confirmation that we're on the right track!

...deciding on the feasibility of posting on regimens or doing a product or not is taking more time than I thought. Will update as soon as I can.
