Whatās up BFP nation! I wanted to give you all an update on how I am right now and what the future holds, you guys are my family and you deserve to knowā¦ Since my goodbye video iv had my ups and downs. I was officially diagnosed with bipolar, and iv had some pretty serious panic attacks that led me to the emergency room. But I am getting help now and iām being treated and iām happy to say I think iām a lot better. For once I feel like I have control of my emotions and mind, and itās so amazing. This hasnāt been an easy journey and itās definitely not over, but iām so grateful to have a supportive family, helen, and you guys by my side, because without any of that I wouldnāt be able to push through this. Thank you all for every comment, dm, and letter I have gotten with your support it truly means the world. It was so scary taking a break from what I love to do, but I know now I needed to in order to come back stronger and healthier. Mental health is real and can effect anyone, and to those suffering you are not alone. It was so hard to open up in front of you guys but iām so happy I did. Iām so grateful I have this platform and iām comfortable enough to be open and honest with you guys and maybe you guys can find some hope in this. Anyways I canāt say when I will be ready to come back, but for the first time since I left, I feel like iām almost there, and iām excited :) I love you guys ā¤ļø
