After being diagnosed in 2018 with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes, within 6 months I was able to fully reverse and manage my diabetes by creating great recipes, making better food choices, and searching for lesser known products that support blood sugar management.
My goal is help those who are in the same situation looking for better recipes, better food, and a great diabetic life.
