Mouth taping might seem a little crazy but there is legitimate science to back it up! It forces you to breathe through your nose, allowing nitric oxide to be created (we can't create it when we breathe through our mouth!) And this nitric oxide production is where the benefits come from. Mouth taping = better sleep, energy, mood, and a lower disease risk!
