This Sunday/Spring Equinox (March 20th), my Girlfriend and I will be holding an online Breathwork and Kundalini event on Zoom. I am currently in Greece joining my second Rebirthing Breathwork Training as an Mentor. & intern Rebirthing is a breathing method which allows us to heal the deepest wounds and imprints inside of our physical, mental and emotional body. It is such a blessing to be here on an island and learn more about this wonderful technique that is also supporting me in feeling more free and really healing myself at the core. For me, Breathwork, movement and music are the key to remember who I am. About one year ago, I decided to create my first Guided Breathwork video with the goal, to help as many people as possible, to ex/inspirience the natural power of their own breath.
I am so thankful that after one year, almost 100.000 people have done these Breathwork Sessions and are on their own personal way, to remember the power of their own breath.
