About Thomas
Thomas is an international yoga and meditation teacher, bodyworker, spiritual educator and coach. A wild youth and search for healing led him to explore spiritual practices at a young age, first meditating in the Thai Buddhist forest tradition, and later in Advaita Vedanta, Hatha Yoga, Tantra, and Dzogchen. After nearly a decade of extensive practice and study in various modalities, he now supports individuals in realignment and transformation through his private mentorships and sought-after bodywork sessions that combine pranic energy work and ayurvedic massage. He also conducts yoga and meditation programs, festivals, teacher trainings and silent retreats around the world with renowned platforms and organizations like Yogalap, Innate Experiences, Awaken as Love, and Meka Yoga.
