Obviously I've been away a little while - balancing the relaunch and scale of APEX, with managing the training volume, meant documenting was on the back burner. Now back into some rhythm running and lifting from Bali for the next month:

I've just launched EP01 of a NEW Ultra Marathon 6 Part Mini-Series that will lead into the GC50 (a 50km event) in December. Will be a mixture of marathon endurance training, hybrid athlete workouts, and various tips across nutrition, hydration, muscle building, and speed endurance.
