Project UROK is an inclusive community with expert mental health resources for teens and young adults who are committed to ending the stigma and isolation of struggling with mental illness. An initiative of the Child Mind Institute, Project UROK reinforces the fact that mental illness does not discriminate and everyone’s story matters. We offer a safe space for young people to share powerful personal stories, find the help and support they need most, and hear the empowering message: You are not alone. You are okay.
