Hi! I'm Alpha State, I aspire to bring you high quality, guided breathing exercise videos.
All of my videos are created by me using editing software like After Effects, Premier Pro and Photoshop.
I design everything and put a lot of effort and dedication on this channel, from the breathing bubble, thumbnails, animations, logos, banners, and using my own voice for the sessions :)
All of this was created with one goal in mind. To make you discover the benefits of controlled breathing and how it can enhance your overall quality of life as it did with me.
