I have been cannabis free for 5 months now!! 🎉🌱
I originally stopped because I realized I was using it to mask my feelings and avoid challenges showing up in my life.
Now I am cannabis friendly and know the benefits, BUT I also know how addictive it can be as an avoidance tactic.
5 months later and I feel AMAZING without it! ✨🙌🏻 the next step? Trying it again but only for the purposes of enhancing an ALREADY amazing experience.
What’s your relationship with cannabis like??
✨ If there is one thing I have learned that I would want to pass on to a younger version of me it’s to…
STOP BEING AFRAID OF EMBARRASSING YOURSELF! 9/10 the embarrassing thing you were fearful of was completely normal.
I used to hide who I was because I truly believed my weirdness and awkwardness at times was embarrassing. TURNS OUT - when you’re around the right people, they LOVE the weirdness and awkwardness.
So alas, what’s the one lesson you wish you learnt sooner? 🌱✨ also I hope you like this 0.5 picture of my 5 head 😂
Can dopamine feel different? 🤔
I’ve been trying to start every day with a few minutes outside and can I just say…the dopamine this gives me feels so RICH and FULL. The difference between even scrolling on my phone outside for 10 minutes versus in bed is WILD ☺️
Have you been outside yet? 🌱 what does rich dopamine feel like for you?
I am learning how to listen to my body and provide it what it needs! ✨Isn’t it wild that sometimes our body struggles to communicate to us our own needs?
Well the good news is that this is a learnable skill called interoceptive awareness!
Want to learn it with me? Join me next week for my LAST live program! ✨🌱

SELF CARE heals the soul 💕 my hot dog legs and I spent time this evening in a bath lol
I’ve shifted my focus this week to filling up my cup in as many ways as possible! Here’s some of the things I’ve done:
1. Played soccer with my league
2. Had my family over for dinner
3. Movie night with my besties
4. Watched the Survivor Finale with my fam
5. Board games night with a friend
6. Signed up for a fun dnd event next week
As an extrovert being around people FUELS me so much! Community is essential for me and at the same time, my moments alone are key. So slow bath tonight, replying to comments and watching some relaxing tv!
How do you fill your cup? ✨🌱
SADNESS and GRIEF are such uncomfortable feelings.
I’ve spent the last 2 days with distractions and this morning they demanded to be felt! So what am I doing to feel them?
1. Journaling the emotions and trying not to intellectualize them
2. Feel them in the ugliest ways possible (scream in a pillow, ugly cry, let the makeup run)
3. Talk to friends and family for support
If you’re going through something similar I SEE YOU 💛 we will get through this. We have before and we will again!
What is so hard about spending time alone?? 🌱😭
Incoming video next week has me diving into why I have found it hard to spend time alone and how I’m trying to work on that. But I want your input - what makes spending time alone hard for you? OR what makes it enjoyable? And how should I try to spend my time alone?
Share below and I’ll pick some comments to add to the video!! ✨🙌🏻
ITS MY BIRTHDAY ✨🎉 spending today being so heckin incredibly grateful for YOU 💛 thank you for making this year so incredible and thank you for the support throughout!! LOVE YALL SO MUCH HAVE A PIECE OF CAKE FOR ME LOL
HEY CUTIES!! 🔥🔥🔥 Anyone else have sensory challenges with heat? It’s hot hot hot today and I’m going on a road trip!
Am I a little nervous about how the heat will affect me today? TOTALLY! So what am I doing about it?
1. Dressing comfortably instead of cute
2. Bringing makeup wipes to take off makeup when it’s too much
3. Planning for a shower at the hotel after check in
4. Breaks during the 2 1/2 hour drive!
How do you manage heat with sensory challenges? 🤔
Hello all, Obi here! 🐾 with a reminder to DRINK SOME DANG WATER! I shall give you this pinecone in return.
Anyways you got like a cute daughter or son that could be my virtual friend? Xoxo would love to meet
