Traumatic Brain Injury affects 2.8 million Americans a year. These are people just like you and me, whose lives are unexpectedly turned upside down in a second. They are often undiagnosed, misunderstood, lost and alone. This channel puts an end to that. Sustaining a mild Traumatic Brain Injury in 2010 has turned my life upside down. Since then, I have collected the resources, information, expert interviews, strategies for living with traumatic brain injury symptoms, and ways to increase brain function for everyone. It is time we understood brain injury, concussion, and post-concussive syndrome, and mTBI. It is time we raise awareness for the millions of people living with invisible disabilities.
