I spent 4 days in Melbourne with family and came home to a sick Natey fighting another virus ๐ค Hopefully this one passes quickly. We had a check up at the docs today and spent the rest of the day in front of the tv watching Julia Donaldson kids books, made into short tv shows - theyโre lovely. Fanta still keeping me company ๐ฅฐโค๏ธ

Hey guys. You know when LIFE happens?! ๐ It's really all happening with me right now and I'm going through a lot of hard things. I just wanted to let you know that videos will be scheduled at more random times over the next couple of months as I get through this rough patch.
This is my job and my income, and I'm so lucky to feel like it never actually feels like work for me. So I will continue to work because it's also my creative outlet and lets me escape from other things going on, taking time off would upset me even further, so it's definitely not a time for me to take a break... just to slow down and not be bound to a weekly or fortnightly schedule.

โจ NEW VIDEO โจ This week's video is a bit longer than usual. It is intended to keep you company while you do your next wardrobe declutter! ๐ฅฐ When I returned from Italy last week, I was unpacking my suitcase and I could see all my winter and summer clothes out in one place. It was a total mess and very overwhelming. It made me think that it was time for a wardrobe declutter!
I decided to count how many pieces of clothing I had (because it felt like it was the most I had had in a while!) The results stunned me a little bit. I proceeded with the declutter and made sure I was honest with myself throughout it.

We said our goodbyes to family today as we start the trip back home to Australia. ๐ฆ๐บ
This is been the best experience for our little family. I highly recommend travelling with small kids - donโt be afraid, just do it. Nate might not remember details from this trip but he will remember how much fun heโs had with us and extended family, and how much everyone loves him. ๐ฉท
On our way to Milan again now to stay the night in a hotel before we fly back to Sydney. Looking forward to creating fresh content again soon. โ๏ธ ๐ฅฐ

We made it to Italy! ๐ฎ๐นโ๏ธ๐
Nate was so good for us on the aeroplane, he began to get very restless in the last few hours.
When we landed in Milan, we instantly knew that Nate was coming down with something ๐ค so our 24 hours in Milan we mostly spent helping him through it and catching up on sleep. We still managed to see the sights in the early hours of the morning thanks to jet lag!
Weโre now in the mountains with family and itโs seriously breathtaking here. Despite Nate being sick still, itโs the most calm I have felt in months. Surrounded by mountains, trees, glaciers, and wildlife. Itโs just the best ๐ซถ
So many comments to get back to, but Iโm on my break now so Iโll get to those later. Iโll speak you guys when ep 2 of the closet curation series comes out.
Ps. Outfits in Milan were just stunning ๐ป and no one looked the same, everyone was really expressive with their style ๐ฅฐ lots of outfits that I loved were just created from basics, but beautiful basics, incorporating colour, accessories and lovely shoes.
