So I've been uploading the past few weeks a few different types of mtg videos and wanted to see what else I could be focusing on uploading? I know this is a poll and you can only choose one but if you want to add additional things you can leave a comment as well.

Hey, sorry for going MIA again. I've been grappling with a loss of confidence in myself when it comes to recording/uploading. However, I'm actively working to overcome it and plan to resume uploading soon. As a fresh approach, I want to start with live-streaming on Twitch before editing the sessions into regular videos for the channel. If you're curious about upcoming content, you can catch a sneak peek and interact with me during the live stream. By doing it on Twitch, I can play different games without impacting how SEO handles my videos. Initially, I'm thinking of a few nights per week to start out.

Would you all be open to the idea of me making a video on the collection of all these deck videos? It is like my meta/budget deck lists where it is all in one place for those who may not see some of these videos. Then if you want to see some gameplay I can add the links in the description or cards in the videos if you want to find out more about it.

I've been enjoying creating deck videos in which I showcase a deck list and then provide an upgrade path for those who are interested in building toward the final version. I'd like to gather your input on where you'd prefer to see the upgrade path in the video. Should it be presented at the beginning of the video before we dive into gameplay while doing the deck breakdown, or would you prefer it to come after you've witnessed the deck in action?
I'll timestamp it in the video either way but figured get all your opinions on preference from a viewing aspect.

As we continue on the free-to-play journey are there any topics that you may want me to talk about or dive into now that we have one deck built? Besides talking about making another deck? I just want to keep the series fresh and figure out if I can add some teaching moments to each video that will make them be a bit more unique from one another even if we are playing the same deck.
Also if there's anything you want me to cover that I can use my main account for as well kinda like the budget deck video where I was able to build most of them because I owned most of the cards already and for the cards I didn't I had the wildcards available to craft the missing ones.

Two things
Today's video is a bit long as it's the Quick Drafting part of the new player experience and I wanted to keep my thought process through the picks as well as all the matches so I added timestamps to skip to whichever part you want to see.
Also ended up picking a deck to craft that has a focus on the newer cards from wilds of eldraine. The reason behind it was you get rewarded with gold packs for buying the set and you get packs off the battle pass so it seemed like a win-win. Also still have a good amount of common and uncommon wild cards as well as a few mythics so it may be possible to craft another deck at some point.

As I play through the free-to-play challenge I'm curious as to what deck I should look to craft when it comes to that part of the challenge? Taking all suggestions as I'm recording these episodes a few days ahead of when I post them here on the channel.

So I'm considering returning to a series I did last year but with a twist. So last year I spent a month on a brand new mtg arena account playing free to play and grinded out each day until I had a competitive standard deck. I want to take that idea and add some additional rules and make it more casual focus. Here are a few I thought of:
- Can only complete two new player quests per day otherwise max 4 wins.
The idea behind this is most people only play for so much per day if they play each day and this is also where the daily win gold drops off.
-No use of third-party tools.
This is like untapped/mtga assist as most casuals probably don't use these tools or play on mobile where these tools cannot be used in the same way.
-While I could build a budget competitive deck like a mono red aggro I'm looking for some suggestions for something a bit more expensive in overall wildcards as I would think this would be a good goal to feel like I achieved.
-Possibly doing no drafting outside of the one for the new player quest as I think this would be a good test to see how effective golden packs would be. Also, make it so I have to buy a minimum of a 6-pack bundle so it feels rewarding to get the boost card in my collection when I achieve it as well.
-Also may do a deeper dive into certain aspects of the game as they come up.
Like recording the whole quick draft and giving my thought process as I make each pick and how I make cuts after it's completed or talking about crafting when we are trying to build that competitive deck.
Do we want full gameplay of each day? Last time since I was playing so many games to get to 15 wins per day I ended up showing just the end when it said victory but since I'm playing fewer games overall maybe just include it since it shouldn't make the videos any longer than a deck tech,
Open to hearing some of your ideas and feedback as I'll probably start recording this in the next day or two to get this series moving.

Welcome to my channel. I will be making videos on all things magic the gathering with a focus on content through mtg arena. I'm your typical average player who usually makes okay plays as well as making a lot of missteps along the way. I will be going over decks of all budgets from top tier meta decks as well as decks with a focus on new players, free to play players or just people on a budget.
I've been playing magic since 2004 and have played it as a hobby ever since. With the introduction of mtg arena, it definitely makes the game accessible than ever.
