I started this channel to share my animation about trigger p
I started this channel to share my animation about trigger points. Having suffered from trigger points for years (not anymore!) I wanted to help other people. I figured the best way to do this was to use my skills as an (3D) animator. I tried to make a very understandable visual explanation of "the trigger point". I hope it will help others to understand what a trigger point is and serve as a motivation to start self-treatment and seek out more knowledge.
Animating and storytelling is alot of fun and I hope to create more videos in the future which have some kind of information that will serve as an "eye-opener". These videos will be posted on this channel.
