Ashtanga Yoga Vancouver (AYV) is dedicated to the inspiration and timeless teachings in the tradition of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois. The lineage of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, when practiced regularly, inquisitively, and with devotion, is a powerful seed that can transform both our individual experiences and the lives of others.
AYV is a welcoming home for anyone willing to take practice- we offer Mysore style as well as led class programs, led by Level-2 Authorized teacher, Fiona Stang.
