These alternative flours can make a difference in how you feel. It has for my clients. Most people are intolerant to gluten in some way and have no idea it was making them feel worse. You wont know until you try reducing and eliminating it for about 3 months. These alternatives are still processed of course but exposed to less pesticides and preservatives like BHT/BHA, or bleaching agents. It tends to be cleaner processing. Everyone is different. This is high protein and low-carb/keto friendly. Use less fatty ingredients for lower fat. Use it as dressing or dip. I put it on steak and ground beef salad... it's life changing

3 tablespoon buttermilk or cream
3 tablespoon Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil mayo
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper if you want!

My glorious meals today totalling a little over 5000 calories (I supplement calories in the form of coconut oil, butter, and tallow for each meal)
Breakfast: 5 eggs, avocado, apple
Lunch: About 12oz of chuck roast (ate half before pics whoops), dates, pepper jack cheese
Lunch "dessert": Greek yogurt, strawberries and blue berries
Dinner: More chuck roast, pepper jack cheese
Water: reverse osmosis filtered
