I'm going LIVE again at the end of the month, so tell me...
What topic do you want to know about the most at the moment?
Recently I have been using Red Light Therapy as a tool to help me recover from my injuries, aches and pains.
At first I thought it might be a gimmick, but after reading a lot of medical journals there is some strong evidence backing red light therapy as a method of treatment!
If you're interested to know more about red light therapy or this device here have a look at my latest video...

Have you heard of RED LIGHT THERAPY before?
I'll be honest... I thought it was nonsense!
How could some red light hitting the skin have the profound effects that are being claimed?!
Things like;
- Reduction of pain
- Improves skin and connective tissue
- Reduces inflammation
- Stimulates repair
- Stimulates mitochondria
- Increases blood flow
- So much more!
Well... I was wrong!
After doing my research, looking into respectable published medical journals, it seems all of this is backed by science.
Since then I have been using it with good results (much to my surprise) on my acute injuries and even on my face.
So I would love to hear from you...
Have you tried using red light therapy for anything? Did it help if you have tried it?
What are you up to later?
I'm going LIVE here on YouTube later today.

But you're welcome to join and ask questions about anything.

Have you heard of the Vagus Nerve?
It could be argued that the Vagus nerve is the most important nerve in your body!
It travels from your brain, down through your neck and all the way down to your digestive system.
It is the main nerve that helps put your body into its Rest & Digest mode, helping you to relax.
Without this nerve your heart rate and blood pressure would increase, your digestion wouldn't work properly and you would be feeling anxious all the time.
The vagus nerve is involved in mental health, memory, seizures, inflammation suppression, digestion, breathing and so much more.
If your vagus nerve is compromised in any way you could end up struggling with things like chronic pain, digestive issues, heart and blood pressure problems, anxiety, difficulty with memory, uncontrolled seizures, poor immune function and so much more.
But did you know you can easily stimulate your Vagus nerve anywhere at any time and you can do it for free?
In this video I show you 4 easy ways to stimulate your vagus nerve to boost your health and calm your nervous system.

Most people who have pain here (see pic) are office workers.
Do you get pain there too?
The pain is there constantly.
It's better when you wake up.
It gets worse as the day goes on.
I'll tell you why this is happening...
It's because those muscles are tired and weak.
They're tired of being in the same position all day.
They are weak because you don't strengthen them.
Take a look at the picture...
Those muscles you see are posture muscles.
Think of those muscles like guy ropes.
They are holding you upright.
You are making them hold you all day! 😴
So if you're sitting all day in the same position,
then they aren't stretching and contracting,
so they end up becoming "stuck" in place.
But the solution is so simple!
You need to move more through the day.
You need to mobilise your spine.
You need to strengthen the muscles.
Here's what I tell my patients to do...
✔ Take magnesium glycinate.
✔ Use a foam roller or massage ball.
✔ Get a regular deep tissues massages.
✔ Set reminders to move around every hour.
✔ Try sitting and standing throughout the day.
✔ Lift weights (of some sort) 2 to 3 times per week.
If you regularly and consistently do these 6 things.
Then I am confident you will improve your upper back pain.
Do you have any other tips that have worked for you?
Let everyone know in the comments.
