August is almost here and Iām planning your next month of free workouts šš¼ so many of you loved the 3-2-1 method format from July so weāre following that format again š¤ (Ill also be posting a new August Wall Pilates Calendar soon).
Iāll be choosing workouts (and releasing new ones) that follow the 3-2-1 method:
ā¢3 days of strength (think my pilates x strength/weighted pilates workouts)
ā¢2 days of pilates (body weight/stretch/strengthening)
ā¢1 day of cardio (higher calorie burn, heart health)
My workouts are generally 20-30 min, free, easy to follow and fun! š¤
Iām a 36 year old mom with 2 boys (8 and almost 5) so I try to create workouts that hit strength, stretch and sculpting while being quick and easy to fit into your busy day! š

Good Morning! A few updates:
I've updated the 3-2-1 Calendar with the links to all the Monday workouts. I know some of you are finishing up challenges and would like to start this one.
The next two week's videos are up but will say "members first" or "members only" until their release date, Sunday 4pm EST (the day before)
I'll be making another 3-2-1 method calendar for August since so many of you loved the format! I'll also make another Wall Pilates calendar.. look for those the week of July 28th.

The Wall Pilates Challenge is 20 min workouts/day with 2 rest days (1 stretch, 1 off).
The 3-2-1 Method Challenge is 30 min workouts/day with 1 day off (mid-week is a Pilates active rest day)
One of the best ways you can stay accountable is to do this with a friend, coworker or family member!
