Life update!
On April 21st, we welcomed our second daughter, Audrey Elizabeth. She is the perfect addition to our family.
I have been recovering from my second C-section and taking time to let my body heal.
I am going to start filming new content soon, so be on the lookout for new postpartum workouts and programs later this summer! Let me know if there is a specific workout youād like me to create.
